Refund Policies

SimplifyQB offers unique support and training that clients can purchase. We do our best to ensure that our clients are happy with the support given, albeit on the off chance that they are not satisfied, below is our refund policies and procedures. Please read before obtaining services.

Refund Policy and Procedure:

  1. Requests for refunds must be asked for inside thirty (30) days from the date of procurement; sent by means of email to info@simplifyqbnow.com. It must contain your reference number along with your reason for requesting a refund.
  2. You should expect an email from info@simplifyqbnow.com. Once refund is endorsed, it may take us up to three (3) business days to process. You will be refunded by means that you paid for the services.
  3. Once everything is done, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to be applied based off of your bank/credit card processes.

Refund for Accounting Consultation charge or some other discussion expense won’t be prepared as the customer has gotten the conference benefit already.
